Lebnène
A new Lebanese food house, built on 25 years of expertise.
About the project
Lebnène is a Lebanese food house in the making — and after more than 25 years in FMCG and food manufacturing, it's the project I've been building toward my whole career. My name is Paul Kattar, from Jezzine. For 15 years I ran a mouneh production facility end to end: product development, production, quality management, and bringing products to market that simply didn't exist before — from light jams to a range of innovative Lebanese foods. Food safety, quality control, production processes, new-product development — this is the work I know inside out. Now it's time to build my own. Lebnène will be a modern production facility rooted in authentic Lebanese mouneh and premium food gifting. The groundwork is already done: a comprehensive feasibility study covering the technical, operational, and financial sides of the project, with projections for a business that becomes self-sustaining within its first few years and generates healthy, positive cash flow. What I'm looking for is an investor or strategic partner who believes in the vision — and wants to help bring a new Lebanese food brand to life.
