Target Customers: Local gold refiners in Lebanon, major jewelry manufacturers in Beirut. Core Value Proposition: Bypassing multiple middleman tiers to acquire unrefined doré at a competitive discount to the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) spot price, then processing/refining it to marketable purity. Origin Verification: Establish direct relationships with licensed mining cooperatives or exporters in African source countries (ensuring compliance with local Ministry of Mines permits). Due Diligence & Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Obtain formal Full Corporate Offers (FCO), Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Ownership, and government assay reports. Inspect physical inventory via a Table Top Meeting (TTM) and independent fire-assay testing at the origin hub before shipment.
