Cherry Bomb
Lebanon's first co-roasted functional food brand — coffee & nuts roasted with real Wady Al Arayech cherries

About the project
CHERRY BOMB™ is Lebanon's first co-roasted functional food brand. We roast premium coffee beans and nuts together with real dried cherries from Wady Al Arayech at Nabhan Roastery in Anjar, using a proprietary, patent-pending process — producing three products with zero added sugar and a 12-month shelf life, built for Lebanon and GCC export. We already operate a profitable coffee-and-nuts trading business through Nabhan; CHERRY BOMB™ is our branded, value-added line to scale revenue and margins, double income for local cherry farmers, create new jobs, and put a distinctly Lebanese product on export shelves. Business plan
We're raising $150,000 in seed funding to launch the CHERRY BOMB™ brand, packaging and distribution. Three products anchor the range: Cherry Bomb Coffee ($18 — cafés & retail), Cherry Bomb Bzourat ($14 — gyms & offices), and a Cherry Bomb Gift Box ($49 — corporate & hotels), all co-roasted on Nabhan's existing certified (HACCP, ISO 22000) capacity. Go-to-market targets 50 retail stores, 10 gyms, 5 hotels, e-commerce and corporate gifting. We project Year 1 revenue of ~$1.26M at a 67% gross margin, with break-even after about 24 months. Our edge: no one co-roasts, no one has the Lebanese cherry story, and everything is clean-label with no added sugar. We're building on a proven supply chain and existing demand — this funding scales it into a branded, exportable product line. Investment terms are open to discussion.
