Chouf Sports Center

An opportunity to build and run a multi-sport center in the Chouf. The owner holds a 3,000 m² plot of land in the Chouf and plans to develop a sports complex featuring 2 padel courts, 1 basketball court, and 1 football field — plus a small restaurant / coffee corner for players and visitors. Padel and quality sports facilities are in growing demand across Lebanon, with limited supply in the Chouf area.

Revenue comes from standard court rentals — hourly bookings of the padel courts, basketball court and football field — complemented by food and beverage sales from the on-site restaurant / coffee corner. A straightforward, proven rental model with several courts running in parallel.
