Beryt Roasters
Lebanese specialty coffee, roasted in Mar Mikhael

About the project
Beryt Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café in the heart of Mar Mikhael. We source single-origin green beans directly from farmers, roast them in small batches on-site, and serve them across a 60-seat café alongside a growing wholesale program that supplies Beirut’s restaurants, offices and hotels. Our mission is to put Lebanese specialty coffee on the map while paying fair prices at origin.
Business plan
Phase 1 opens the flagship café + roastery. Phase 2 launches a subscription and e-commerce arm for roasted beans delivered across Lebanon. Phase 3 scales wholesale (restaurants, hotels, offices) as the primary revenue driver, with the café serving as brand HQ, training space and community hub.
